Buildafrique™ Business Leaders Internship Program is a six (6) months internship program by Buildafrique™ Consulting Group that harness career training for aspiring candidates so as to equip them with Business Leadership skills required to adapt in the modern day marketplace.

The internship program focuses its training in the following three (3) core areas:

  1. Work Technical Skills for the role.
  2. Business Development & Entrepreneurship Skills.
  3. Corporate Management and Leadership Skills.

Intake for the Program are held every Quarter, this being at the beginning of the January, April, July, and October of every Year.

JULY, 2022 INTAKE 

Available Internship Opportunities for the period starting July, 2022 are as below

1.) Graduate Architect.

Internship qualifications and core competencies:

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, or Architectural Studies, or related field.
  • Computer skills for the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative;
  • Leadership and Business skills.

2.) Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Internship qualifications and core competencies:

  • Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Computer skills for the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative;
  • Leadership and Business skills.

3.) Project Manager / Construction Project Manager.

Internship qualifications and core competencies:

  • Bachelor degree in Construction Management, or related field.
  • Computer skills for the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative;
  • Leadership and Business skills.

4.) Real Estate Consultant / Property Manager.

Internship qualifications and core competencies:

  • Bachelor degree in Real Estate, or related field.
  • Computer skills for the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative;
  • Leadership and Business skills.

5.) Business Development Executives (Marketing).

Internship qualifications and core competencies:

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in content writing, online campaigns, and digital marketing, added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative;
  • Leadership and Business skills.

6.) Human Resource Executive

Internship qualifications and core competencies:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Commerce, or related field.
  • Academic background in accounting, CPA, added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative;
  • Leadership and Business skills.
