BUILDAFRIQUE FRANCHISE OPERATORS & MANAGERS

With over fifteen (15) solutions products in Project Development consultancy, Real Estate, and Finance and Investments spread across four (4) subsidiary companies, Buildafrique Group is set to roll out its “Purpose Driven” Franchise Model Business model from JUNE 2024 with the aim of multiplying its PURPOSE though the VISION.

To support the operational and management arm of the Business Model, Buildafrique Group wishes to recruit the Franchise Business Operators and Managers on an employment, partnership, as well as profit sharing basis.

FRANCHISE LOCATIONS IN KENYA:

The following are the proposed Franchise Location in Kenya, for roll out from June 2024:

  1. Nairobi Region Market Districts franchise
  2. Ruiru/Thika Town franchise
  3. Nakuru City franchise
  4. Mombasa City franchise
  5. Kisumu City franchise

CORE COMPETENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND APPLICABLE CAREERS:

A.) APPLICABLE CAREERS:

Applicable Careers are those related to Buildafrique Group’s mission of providing inclusive “End-to- End Development Consultancy, Capital Raising and Finance, Investments Structuring and Offerings, and Real Estate solutions, and as below:

1.) Development Project Manager / Construction Managers / Project Manager – Bachelor of Construction Management or related.

2.) Investment Managers – Bachelor of Finance, Actuarial Science, Financial Economics, or related, including CIFA, and CFA.

3.) Architects – Bachelor of Architecture or related.

4.) Quantity Surveyors – Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or related.

5.) Research & Financial Analysts – Bachelor of Finance, Actuarial Science, Finance and Economics, or related, including academic background in CIFA or CFA.

6.) Property Managers, Property Valuers, and Real Estate Consultants – Bachelor of Real Estate, or related.

7.) Physical Planners – Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, or related.

8.) Environmental Impact Assessment Experts & Managers – Bachelor of Environmental Science and Studies, or related.

B.) OTHER CORE COMPETENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Other core competencies and qualifications include:

  • Purpose driven and ability to create social and community impact through business.
  • Relevant professional registration or professional license.
  • More than three (3) years experience in the particular field.
  • Marketing and Business Skills, and ability to establish business opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills, and ability to lead teams.
  • Excellence communication skills.
