About

Buildafrique Franchise Operators & Managers Program

With over fifteen (15) solutions products in Project Development consultancy, Real Estate, Project Finance and Investments spread across four (4) subsidiaries, Buildafrique Group rolled out its “Purpose Driven” Franchise Business model in August 2024 with the aim of multiplying its PURPOSE across the region though its VISION.

To support the operational and management arm of the Business Model, Buildafrique Group wishes to recruit Franchise Business Operators and Managers on a partnership as well as profit sharing basis.

The Franchise Locations and operation footprint in Kenya and across the region, include:

  • Nairobi Region Market Districts
  • Thika Town
  • Nakuru City
  • Mombasa City
  • Kisumu City
  • Uganda, Kampala
  • Rwanda, Kigali
  • Tanzania, Dar es Salaam.

Eligible Candidates

Core Competence, Qualifications, and Applicable Careers

A.) APPLICABLE CAREERS:

Applicable Careers are those related to Buildafrique Group’s mission of providing inclusive “End-to- End Development and Investment Solutions”, and as below:

  • Development Project Manager / Construction Managers / Project Manager - Bachelor of Construction Management or related.
  • Investment Managers - Bachelor of Finance, Actuarial Science, Financial Economics, or related, including academic background in CIFA, or CFA courses.
  • Architects - Bachelor of Architecture or related.
  • Quantity Surveyors - Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or related.
  • Research & Financial Analysts - Bachelor of Finance, Actuarial Science, Finance and Economics, or related, including academic background in CIFA or CFA.
  • Property Managers, Property Valuers, and Real Estate Consultants - Bachelor of Real Estate, or related.
  • Physical Planners - Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, or related.
  • Environmental Impact Assessment Experts & Managers - Bachelor of Environmental Science and Studies, or related.

B.) OTHER CORE COMPETENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Other core competencies and qualifications include:

  • Purpose driven and ability to create social and community impact through business.
  • Relevant professional registration or professional license.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in the particular field.
  • Marketing and Business Skills, and ability to establish business opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills, and ability to lead teams.
  • Excellence communication skills.
  • Excellence interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative.
