Mr. Chege Njoroge 16 years’ professional insight and experience span across Hotel industry, Commercial & Residential real estate, Office Premises, Retail outlets, Banking facilities, Education institution, Hospitals, Industrial Facilities, and Religious facilities through active involvement in a wide range of development projects as a Real Estate Investment and Finance Consultant, Construction Project Manager, and Quantity Surveyor.
He is responsible for identification of Strategic Investors and Financiers for investment projects, Capital Raising and Project Finance sourcing, Capital connection for real estate businesses, Real Estate Investment Appraisal, Finance Consultancy, Project Management, and Real Estate Investment advisory.
Mr. Chege Njoroge holds a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance (Henley Business School, University of Reading – UK), second Masters Degree in Construction Management (University of Nairobi – Kenya), and a Bachelor Degree in Building Economics (University of Nairobi – Kenya). He is also a Registered Quantity Surveyor with Board of Registration of Architect & Quantity Surveyor (BORAQS–Kenya). ), and belongs to various regional and international professional organizations including REITS Association of Kenya (RAK), Institute of Construction Project Managers of Kenya (ICPMK-Kenya), Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK-KENYA), and Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK-Kenya).
