Mr. Chege Njoroge 16 years’ professional insight and experience span across Hotel industry, Commercial & Residential real estate, Office Premises, Retail Outlets, Banking facilities, Education institution, Hospitals, Industrial Facilities, and Religious facilities through active involvement in a wide range of development projects as a Quantity Surveyor, Construction Project Manager, and Real Estate Investment and Finance Consultant.
Mr. Chege holds a Masters degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance (Henley Business School, University of Reading – UK), a second Masters Degree in Construction Management (University of Nairobi – Kenya), and a Bachelor Degree in Building Economic (University of Nairobi – Kenya). He is also a Registered Quantity Surveyor with Board of Registration of Architect & Quantity Surveyor (BORAQS–Kenya). ), and belongs to various regional and international professional organizations including REITS Association of Kenya (RAK), Institute of Construction Project Managers of Kenya (ICPMK-Kenya), Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK-KENYA), and Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK-Kenya).
